~HTCAA EVENT DETAILS~

1.There is no extra cost to attend an HTCAA Event… but we do ask that you consider Officially Joining HTCAA at www.htcaa.org to help support all our efforts for HTCAA “The #1 Largest Trail Riding Community in America!” Without this support this event wouldn’t be possible!

2.For HTCAA GATHERINGS we ask that once you’ve made your reservations, not to cancel any later than 40 days prior to the event – so that other Members would have time to fill your space if you can’t make it!

3.*HTCAA is not liable or responsible for any theft, loss, or injury at the campground and out on the trails (ride & camp at your own Trail Riding Risk… just like you always do) But, you can hold us responsible for bringing our Members together and making sure they have fun in camp and out on the trails! If you don’t socialize and have some fun, then we’re doing something wrong!!

HTCAA- Where new trails are discovered, old trails are shared, friends are made & the campfire is always ablaze!
